Multifocal atrial tachycardia

Definition: An electrocardiographic finding in which the electrical axis of the p wave is variable and the rate is greater than 100 beats per minute. To meet criteria for multifocal atrial tachycardia, the p wave must exhibit three distinct morphologies on the rhythm strip. (NCI)
